Service Description

Stewardfi LLC (“Stewardfi,” “we,” “us”) provides a personal finance platform that delivers financial statements and financial management tools to household subscribers (“you,” “Client”).

Our services are offered in the following tiers:

• CPA-Designed ($99/year): Self-serve financial management tools and self-generated financial statement capabilities. All software features included. No CPA review or human involvement.
• CPA-Delivered ($149/month or $1,490/year): Everything in CPA-Designed, plus a licensed CPA reviews your financial data and delivers monthly financial statements with professional commentary. Includes 5 CPA messages per month.
• CPA-Delivered + Business ($300/month or $3,000/year): Everything in CPA-Delivered, plus business entity financial tracking. Includes 10 CPA messages per month.
• Concierge ($500/month or $5,000/year): Everything in CPA-Delivered + Business, plus monthly CPA consultation, unlimited messaging, and tax planning coordination.

Nature of Professional Services

CPA-Delivered financial statements are provided as part of a consulting engagement under AICPA Consulting Services Standards (CS Section 100). These statements have not been subjected to an audit, review, or compilation engagement as defined by the AICPA Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS). No assurance is provided on these financial statements.

• Your financial statements have NOT been audited, reviewed, or compiled in accordance with SSARS.
• No assurance, whether limited or otherwise, is provided on your financial statements.
• Stewardfi does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of data received from your financial institutions via Plaid or other data aggregators.

For CPA-Designed tier subscribers, financial statements are self-generated using CPA-designed tools and templates without CPA review or involvement.

Stewardfi is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing in our services constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific financial, tax, or legal guidance.

Data and Third Parties

Plaid: We use Plaid Inc. to connect to your financial institutions. By using Stewardfi, you acknowledge and agree to Plaid's end user privacy policy.

AI Categorization: We use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to assist with transaction categorization. AI categorization may be reviewed and corrected by a CPA (CPA-Delivered tiers) or by you (CPA-Designed tier).

Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc.

Household Accounts

By inviting a member to your household, you acknowledge that shared account data will be visible to that member according to your visibility settings. Each household member is responsible for configuring their own account visibility preferences.

Concierge Tier Consultations

Concierge tier consultations are informational discussions with a licensed CPA. They do not create an engagement for audit, review, compilation, or tax preparation under SSARS or any other professional standard. See our Concierge Scope Document for details.

Messaging Limits

Message limits vary by plan tier. CPA responses do not count against your monthly limit. Unused messages do not roll over between billing periods.

Billing, Trials, and Cancellation

All plans include a 30-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

CPA-Designed annual subscriptions: no partial refunds for unused months. CPA-Delivered monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current billing period after cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Stewardfi provides financial reporting services “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party data (bank balances, investment prices). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the prior 12 months.
